Lineardraft's Biggest Ever Update

Since autumn 2024, our team has been hard at work overhauling the Lineardraft user interface and user experience, to make the revolutionary overhead line electrification design software more efficient and intuitive than ever before. You may have seen a couple of teasers on our social pages recently.

With the release just a few weeks away, we thought it was time to preview the changes in a bit more detail, with a series of 90-second videos each focusing on a particular aspect of the software.

The first preview focuses on editing structures. We know using the 'Edit Structure' window to make changes to a structure is an integral part of Lineardraft. That’s why, in the upcoming update, we’ve made key improvements so it’s more powerful than ever....

As mentioned, we know change can be daunting. But whilst Lineardraft may look very different, its processes and workflows have been streamlined, not redesigned, meaning users will follow familiar steps to complete common tasks. It's still the Lineardraft you know, only better.

The Lineardraft Helpcentre will also be fully updated in line with the release of the new version, meaning users will be supported from day one.
